Batch Cooker
Batch Cooker designed for cooking, sterilization or hydrolysation of animal by-products. Material inside the cooker is heated by means of an indirect steam heated jacket whilst being agitated by a steam heated rotating shaft with paddles. The water inside the raw material is evaporated under controlled conditions and the dries material is discharged for further processing. Sterilization and hydrolysation can be achieved by controlling the internal pressure by means of the fitted vapour valves.
